Bible Study
Our Sunday morning Bible study begins at 9:45 a.m. Our informal interactive setting allows people to participate and to discuss different topical subjects pertaining to everyday life issues and to see what the Bible has to say about them. During our Bible Study time there is prayer and praise reports given to share needs and also what the Lord has been doing in the lives of His people. Childrens Ministry
Children’s Ministry is is a simple based setting with diligent child oversight. Children’s class establishes a basic Bible foundation of Bible stories for our young children to build upon. Our young people are encouraged to have a little Bible reading done each week so that they can be ready to discuss what they have learned on Sunday. All of our workers that serve in our children’s ministry have been screened through the Protect My Ministry services to provide a safe and healthy environment for our children here at Sonlife Church.
Worship & Music Ministry
Worship in a church really matters as the music should reflect the God of the Bible. We have a simple style worship but are looking to enhance our worship with those who may have a niche for musical instrumentation. So, if you play an instrument like the piano, guitar, or glockenspiel or just love to sing it would be a tremendous blessing to have you use those musical abilities for God’s glory.
Media & Sound Ministry
In the 21st Century the digital age has sprung upon us and left a trail of smoke in its quake as it continues to advance at the blink of an eye. We have a simple projection media which nicely gets the job done however there is much room for those tech savvy people who love computers and sound equipment and can speak their native language.
Meal Ministry
Our meal ministry is a unique opportunity to provide meals for those families where an emergency situation arises in which they are not able to prepare meals due to an illness or an operation or maybe just for a family in need. The meal ministry is a wonderful way to minister to those in situations where a grocery card or just a chicken dinner from Popeye’s may come in handy for those unexpected events.
Family & Personal Counseling
Our Marriage and Individual Counseling is a Bible based interactive counselor/counselee program that is both tough yet effective but if diligently worked through the outcome could be both liberating and glorious. We strongly believe that a church is only as strong as it’s people therefore we here at Sonlife Church are willing to invest the time to work with any persons who are serious about receiving help to either heal their marriages and or to better their individual lives as a person for the Glory of God.
